My Mission Statement
As you know, a mission statement can say a lot about a person.
Here are some trends that I noticed about myself while I was writing...
I seriously suck at sports... except for drag racing. When my dad signed me up for drag racing when I was 10, I had no idea what it was. I just knew to sit down in a car, and press the gas petal when the light turned green. Little did I know I would actually be really good at it, winning races and championships.
I am an empathetic and compassionate person towards others. I like to please people and make them happy. This could be a strength but also a weakness. I like to be adventurous, and travel and explore different cultures and places that relate to art history. I also love learning about the mind and how people think and the factors that might change people's behavior.
I love the ocean, even though I live in a landlocked state. I love water and anchors, sea shells and sea life. All of it. I find peace when I'm by water and the sand is pulled from under my feet.

Who am I, what's my story?
I am a Colorado native who has grown up in a Christian home that has never moved.I seriously suck at sports... except for drag racing. When my dad signed me up for drag racing when I was 10, I had no idea what it was. I just knew to sit down in a car, and press the gas petal when the light turned green. What do I believe in?
First and foremost, I'm a Christian, and that is a big part of who I am and what I believe in.
I also believe that we all have a purpose in this life. I don't think that we are here by accident. I believe that we are here, where we are, where we have been and where we are going for a reason.
I want to inspire people.. as vague as that may sound. I want to create a ripple effect of change through my actions, words, and art.
What makes me different?
I noticed that with my work, I do have a darker style, and tone with my subject matter as well as my overall aesthetic. I specialize in video editing, and I find the most satisfaction when music and audio match up to the video. Yes this is kind of a basic thing and is important in video editing, but it is something that has come naturally to me since I started editing videos. I have always been a better editor than a creator. When it comes to writing or videos, I tend to excel at piecing things together in sequence so that it makes sense, but I have all the pieces. Basically, I put the puzzle together while someone else creates the puzzle pieces.

Here are some words I had friends describe me as:
encouraging
great at giving advice
good work ethic/proactive
bubbly, bright, welcoming, laid back yet energetic (with a dark twisted side)
edgy
I know my limits and I know when to push them in the professional sense and when to stand by them in a social/personal sense
Now... for the mission statement:
With my energetic bubbly side infused with a sour twist, I create video content that encourages normal, everyday people to get out of their comfort zone and take action beyond what they thought capable.
